Mix 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt with 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese, add a little garlic powder if feeling fiesty. Sprinkle chicken breasts with season salt. Spread yogurt cheese mixture over chicken, covering entirely. I use the whole thing on two breasts, but you could probably stretch it to four, but why would you want to reduce the cheesy goodness? Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 450 for approx 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Yum!
