The End of the Two Week Challenge / Food From the Weekend

Let's not even talk about what I ate this weekend... mmm, kay? I'll just show you some pictures and you can draw your own conclusions.

Just because I failed (miserably) on the last 2 days of my Two Week Challenge, doesn't mean it was all for nothing. It helped jump start me into healthier eating, exercising again, being mindful of eating more fruits and vegetables, and I lost 2 pounds. Not much, but it's a start. The best part is that I think I relearned proper portion control for my body. Also, I'm much more cognizant of eating a fruit or vegetable with every meal.
